Line Cook – $17-$20 Hourly

About the role

Join the kitchen team at Uchi Austin and help create memorable dining experiences for guests. As a Line Cook you will work in a fast‑paced environment, preparing dishes to the restaurant’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory stocking, tray and dish handling, and kitchen restocking duties.
• Collaborate closely with teammates and communicate effectively with leadership.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in hot and cold kitchen temperatures.
• Strong attention to safety guidelines and ability to identify potential hazards.
• Willingness to work in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving environment.
