Lifecycle Marketing Lead

About the role

Credit Genie is seeking a senior professional to own and expand its lifecycle marketing strategy. You will guide the end‑to‑end customer journey, turning first‑time users into loyal, financially healthier customers through targeted messaging and data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute lifecycle strategy for engagement, retention, and loyalty across onboarding, activation, re‑engagement, win‑back and advocacy.
• Design, build and optimize cross‑channel programs (email, push, SMS, in‑app) using advanced segmentation, personalization, triggers and automation.
• Develop segmentation, targeting and journey logic to improve activation, deepen engagement, reduce churn and increase lifetime value.
• Create loyalty and engagement frameworks that turn repeat usage into lasting financial‑wellness relationships.
• Craft clear, compelling lifecycle messaging aligned with the broader brand strategy.
• Run a test‑and‑learn engine to continuously experiment, measure and iterate on campaign performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in lifecycle, retention or engagement marketing, preferably in fintech or consumer finance.
• Proven ability to develop high‑level strategy and execute hands‑on campaigns.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with product, design, data, compliance and customer service teams.
