Licensing Specialist

About the role

Sevaro is seeking a Licensing Specialist to join its Medical Staff Services team. The role is fully remote and focuses on maintaining provider licensing, credentialing, and related documentation to support tele‑neurology operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update electronic provider records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Create abbreviated CVs, complete FCVS profiles, and manage applications for state licensure, DEA, and controlled substance registrations.
• Register providers for required courses and certifications, track progress, and coordinate fingerprinting and other licensing prerequisites.
• Communicate regularly with providers, state boards, and agencies via phone, email, and other channels to follow up on applications.
• Support supervising physician requests, protocol agreements, and assist in audits and other administrative tasks.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2‑3+ years of experience in licensing, credentialing, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong confidentiality, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
