About the role

Join the Georgia Regional Hospital team in Savannah as a Licensed Practical Nurse working multiple shifts. This full‑time, on‑site position provides direct nursing care to adult patients in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver general nursing care to injured, ill, convalescent, or disabled patients.
• Administer medications, injections, and intravenous fluids, documenting times and dosages.
• Perform basic treatments such as wound dressing, catheterizations, and bedside care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, fluid intake/output, and patient observations.
• Respond to patient calls, assist with hygiene, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the health‑care team to assess needs, plan care, and adjust interventions.

Required profile

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or a multi‑state Nurse Licensure Compact.
• Ability to work 7:00 am‑7:30 pm or 7:00 pm‑7:30 am shifts.
• Willingness to undergo state and national background checks.
