Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Family Practice Clinic

About the role

This position provides direct patient care, including IV therapy, for assigned patients under the direction of a registered nurse. The LPN will guide ancillary nursing staff, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high‑quality, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to gather data, plan, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver care based on physical, psycho‑social, educational, and safety criteria appropriate to patient ages.
• Communicate professionally with patients, families, and co‑workers to ensure a quality experience.
• Adapt quickly to changing unit needs throughout the day.
• Maintain personal professional development, clinical knowledge, and required credentials.
• Stay current with federal, state, and local regulations and ensure compliance.
