Licensed Plumber – Residential & Commercial Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a licensed plumber to join our Facilities Management team, providing plumbing services for residential and commercial properties in Baltimore. The role involves responding to service requests, emergency repairs, and planned upgrades while ensuring high-quality workmanship and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drain systems, fixtures, and appliances such as sinks, toilets, and water heaters.
• Diagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and other plumbing issues.
• Replace or repair damaged piping, valves, and connections.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on plumbing systems.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and hours worked.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Valid Maryland journeyman or master plumber license.
• Reliable transportation and own tools; ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Plumbing installation and repair.

What we offer

• Hourly compensation ranging from $15 to $35 based on experience and credentials.
• Eligibility for standard W‑2 employee benefits.
• Full‑time schedule (40 hours/week) with a 7:00 AM–6:00 PM shift, Monday‑Thursday.
• Company vehicle provided for travel; no additional travel compensation.
