Library & Intervention Teacher – Primary School

About the role

Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality learning experiences for primary school students, fostering academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment, aligned with the school’s mission, vision, and values. The role upholds the ISP principles of child‑centered learning, wellbeing, respect, operational effectiveness, financial responsibility and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program, ensuring effective curriculum delivery and innovative, student‑centered teaching.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team, identify professional development needs, lead pedagogical meetings and support recruitment.
• Monitor students’ academic, social and emotional progress, implement support strategies for diverse learning needs, and manage behavior and wellbeing.
• Maintain timely communication with families, participate in parent meetings, conferences and events, and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments and school activities, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in Primary Education (exact number not specified).
• Experience in bilingual or international school settings is an advantage.
