Lettings Manager – Lead a Growing Team in Boston

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lettings Manager to lead our busy lettings team in Boston and the surrounding villages. The role offers a blend of operational leadership, client interaction and strategic growth within a thriving boutique estate agency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of four lettings professionals, overseeing holidays, sick leave and recruitment.
• Drive business growth by maintaining existing client relationships and generating new lettings opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and the Managing Director on day‑to‑day business operations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards.
• Maintain high standards of marketing and property presentation.
• Work directly with landlords and tenants to deliver exceptional customer service.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a lettings manager or supervisor within a similar property environment.
• Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small team.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Boston and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday 08:30‑17:30 and occasional Saturday mornings.
