Legal Operations Specialist

About the role

Constellation Brands is looking for a detail‑oriented Legal Operations Specialist to join its growing Legal Operations team in New York. Reporting to the Director of Legal Operations, you will help advance legal technology, streamline processes, and improve operational effectiveness across the legal department.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve legal department workflows, policies, and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Evaluate, implement, and administer legal technology solutions such as e‑billing, contract lifecycle management, document management systems, and AI tools.
• Contribute to legal projects and system implementations, providing project management support.
• Deliver end‑user training and support adoption of CLM, e‑billing, and document management platforms.
• Assist with reporting and analytics, including legal spend management, data validation, dashboard configuration, and presentation‑ready insights.
• Support records cleanup initiatives and maintain legal department knowledge bases, templates, and resources.
• Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Compliance teams to align cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal operations, paralegal work, legal project management, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic understanding of legal procedures and regulations.
