Veta Virtual is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to join a busy Virginia‑based law firm that handles family law, criminal defense, and estate planning. This remote, client‑facing position focuses on converting inbound inquiries into booked consultations while delivering empathetic, professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from potential clients, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions to determine fit for the firm’s services.
• Book consultation appointments, aiming for a target of 15 bookings per week.
• Accurately complete intake documentation in Lawmatics, ensuring all required information is captured.
• Follow up with prospects, send reminders, and address pre‑consultation questions.
• Participate in weekly call review sessions for coaching and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in legal intake, legal administration, or client‑facing roles within a law firm.
• Demonstrated sales instinct with the ability to guide callers toward booking consultations.
• Excellent verbal English communication, clear, confident, and empathetic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Lawmatics or a comparable legal CRM platform.
