About the role

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to bridge the gap between legal practice and cutting‑edge artificial intelligence. As a trusted advisor, you will guide lawyers in adopting RelativityOne and the conversational AI experience claiR, helping them redesign workflows for faster, smarter, and more defensible outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Engage lawyers across law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and public sector organizations to build trusted relationships.
• Assess client needs, demonstrate AI capabilities, and develop adoption strategies throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback that shapes AI features and enhancements.
• Deliver workshops, trainings, and proof‑of‑concepts that illustrate real‑world value of AI‑driven legal tools.
• Act as a legal engineer, translating complex legal processes into AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• Current or former attorney with strong legal expertise and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior legal stakeholders.
• Experience working with litigation, investigations, discovery, or compliance processes.
