Leasing Professional – West 5th LA

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join our West 5th LA community in Los Angeles. In this full‑time position you will drive leasing activity, support resident satisfaction and help achieve occupancy and revenue targets for a 218‑unit lease‑up property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit checks and criminal background screenings.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements, collect deposits and ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain resident relationships throughout the lease term and coordinate lease renewals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support community promotion and achieve occupancy goals.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to meet occupancy targets.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount.
