Leasing Professional – Verano Townhomes

About the role

Leasing Professionals at Verano Townhomes are responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through comprehensive leasing activities. The role involves marketing the community, guiding prospects through tours, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth move‑in experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, show apartments, and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, oversee resident move‑in, and ensure lease signing.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community policies on concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing via platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show unit standards through daily inspections and ensure community presentation aligns with company quality standards.
