Leasing Professional – Townhome Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for Corban Row, a new townhome community in Concord, NC. The role focuses on achieving occupancy and revenue targets while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to secure new residents.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure units are ready, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone or mail to ensure satisfaction and drive lease renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
• All state and local licensing or certification requirements for leasing professionals.
