Leasing Professional – The Reserve

About the role

This full‑time position works Tuesday‑Saturday and is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals at The Reserve community.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and prepare lease packages to achieve occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, merchandising, and daily leasing office preparation.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, or thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal letters, meet with renewing residents, and ensure timely signing of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns or escalating as needed.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing or certification requirements must be met, and a valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
