Leasing Professional – The Paramount Platinum Triangle

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to lead the marketing, leasing and renewal efforts for The Paramount Platinum Triangle community. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours and present leasing options.
• Process applications, lease agreements and coordinate move‑in procedures.
• Develop and execute marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and handle renewal negotiations.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a high‑quality living experience.
• Track leasing metrics and report on performance against revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of leasing experience in a residential community.
• Proven sales or customer‑service background.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm schedule.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
