Leasing Professional – The Opal

About the role

The Leasing Professional for The Opal community will lead all leasing activities, from attracting prospects to securing lease agreements and renewals. This role ensures high occupancy, revenue targets, and resident satisfaction throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm readiness and schedule any necessary preparations.
• Implement marketing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and provide exceptional resident service during the lease term.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or leasing within multifamily or property‑management environments.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with prospects and residents.
• Ability to conduct tours, qualify leads, and manage the full leasing process.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing, credit checks, and lease documentation.
• Commitment to delivering high resident satisfaction and achieving renewal targets.
