Leasing Professional – The Grayson

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for The Grayson community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will guide prospects through the leasing process and ensure a smooth move‑in experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor conditions, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Design and execute marketing activities, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage prospect data, and capture demographic information.
• Maintain show units to company standards through daily inspections.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
• Attention to detail in lease preparation, move‑in coordination, and apartment inspections.
• Ability to analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
