Leasing Professional – The Danforth

About the role

The Danforth has an immediate opening for an experienced Leasing Professional. Our team members are high performers who care about customer service and exceed expectations. The Leasing Professional plays a critical role in our success.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while working as part of a collaborative team.
• Conduct prospect building and lead apartment tours, both virtual and in‑person.
• Ensure a stellar move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Utilize social media and internet platforms to market available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience is desired; a positive can‑do attitude is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; familiarity with property‑management software (Yardi/OneSite) is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to complete legal documents and explain apartment features.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
