Leasing Professional – The Crossing at Palm Aire

About the role

The Crossing at Palm Aire is seeking a dedicated Leasing Professional to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing journey from initial inquiry to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and update resident information in the property management system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute community promotion strategies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in residential leasing or property management is preferred.
