Leasing Professional – Station A

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to drive marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a mid‑rise community of 292 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals throughout the lease‑up phase.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate maintenance, and ensure show units meet company standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to secure leases and renewals.
• Prepare lease renewal packages, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, addressing concerns and documenting requests.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and any state/local leasing licenses required.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
