Leasing Professional – Silver

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Silver will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for a stabilized mid‑rise community of 268 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets while delivering a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications and finalizing leases.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.
• Secure lease renewals and manage resident retention efforts.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports using Yardi, Funnel and other CRM tools.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi, Funnel and CRM systems.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Organized, resourceful and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Eligibility for incentive‑based bonuses.
