Leasing Professional – Silo Morrison Ranch

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead all leasing activities for the Silo Morrison Ranch community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from first inquiry through lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to meet occupancy and revenue goals while fostering resident retention.
• Detail‑oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple leasing tasks simultaneously.
