About the role
The Leasing Professional for Seville Uptown will lead the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets by guiding prospects through the leasing process, ensuring resident satisfaction, and securing lease renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and oversee smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments before occupancy to confirm they are move‑in ready.
- Coordinate marketing activities and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
- Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and encourage lease renewals.
