Leasing Professional (Savoy)

About the role

We are seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Savoy community in Charlotte, NC. In this full‑time position you will drive occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle from prospecting to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.
• Work a schedule of Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage as needed.
