Leasing Professional - Sage

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for a Greystar community in Corpus Christi. Using Sage property‑management software, you will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, and support resident renewals to meet revenue and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit checks and criminal background screenings, and prepare lease agreements.
• Inspect units before move‑in to ensure they are ready, coordinate any necessary repairs, and assemble move‑in packages.
• Facilitate smooth lease signings and resident move‑ins, addressing questions and concerns.
• Manage lease renewal outreach, negotiate terms, and retain existing residents.
• Maintain accurate resident records in Sage and track occupancy metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote community events and vacancy listings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real‑estate or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local leasing laws.
