Leasing Professional – Riverchase Vista Community

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Riverchase Vista community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show‑unit standards, handle resident inquiries, and support lease renewal processes.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• All state and local leasing licenses or certifications required for the role.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email) to generate traffic.
