About the role
The Leasing Professional – Pearl DTC will lead the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal efforts to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. Working on‑site in Denver, the role involves guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, maintaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, and securing lease renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, and oversee lease signing.
- Inspect apartments before resident move‑in to confirm they are ready, and schedule any necessary preparations.
- Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals.
- Provide ongoing resident support and work to secure lease renewals.
