Leasing Professional – Part‑time

About the role

The Leasing Professional supports the Eden at Kendall West community by driving leasing, marketing and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue targets. This part‑time position works Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends, handling prospect tours, lease processing and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate with maintenance to ensure readiness, and maintain show‑unit quality standards.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.
• Prepare lease renewal letters, contact renewing residents, and ensure timely execution of renewal documents.

Required profile

• All state and local licenses/certifications required for leasing, plus a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to take “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software such as OneSite and Yardi.
• Experience using internet marketing platforms including Craigslist, Facebook and email campaigns.

• Hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00, with eligibility for bonus programs based on performance.
