Leasing Professional – Part-Time

About the role

The Leasing Professional supports Creekside Townhomes by managing marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit checks, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, manage resident referral and employer outreach programs, and use online tools such as Craigslist and Facebook to drive traffic.
• Utilize property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and support lease renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with on‑call responsibilities.
