About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a mid‑rise, stabilized community of 280 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
• Support lease renewal efforts to maintain resident retention.
• Work a schedule of Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends to meet community needs.
