Leasing Professional – Multi‑Site (Whitewater Park)

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Leasing Professional to support Whitewater Park Apartments and sister communities on a multi‑site basis. The role blends customer service, sales, and marketing to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, including prospecting, tours, applications, credit checks, lease preparation and move‑in coordination.
• Inspect units before resident move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, manage online listings, and run resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property management software to track unit availability, prospect data, and lease renewals.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience with a positive, can‑do attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite.
