Leasing Professional – Multi‑Site (North Austin)

About the role

The Leasing Professional (Multi‑Site) supports multiple communities in North Austin, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through comprehensive leasing and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities, greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral, employer outreach, and online advertising.
• Use property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Valid state licenses and certifications required by local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Internet marketing tools such as Craigslist and Facebook.
