About the role
The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a lease‑up community of 262 units. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the community and drive occupancy.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and provide regular reports on occupancy and revenue performance.
- Ensure weekend availability as required, typically 9 am – 6 pm.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of leasing experience, preferably in a lease‑up or multifamily environment.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build rapport with residents.
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing business needs.
Required skills
- Leasing and sales experience in multifamily housing.
- Customer‑service skills.
