Leasing Professional – Millennium at National Landing

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for the Millennium at National Landing community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and manage lease sign‑ups.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinating with maintenance as needed.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units to company standards and ensure the leasing office is prepared for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and support lease renewals.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel to other properties.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Proficiency in online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
