Leasing Professional – Mid‑Rise Community (Apex, NC)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for Villages at Depot, a mid‑rise community in Apex, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through proactive leasing activities and exceptional resident service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives, including resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software to track availability, record leasing activity, and maintain prospect and resident data.

Required profile

• Strong sales and leasing experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to stay informed about local market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage applications, documentation, and unit inspections.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email campaigns.
