Leasing Professional – Market & Main

About the role

The Leasing Professional – Market & Main is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through coordinated marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will guide prospects through tours, applications, and move‑in processes while ensuring a high‑quality resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct community tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage lease sign‑offs to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, coordinate maintenance, and ensure apartments are ready for new residents.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral programs and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, prospect data, and leasing activity.
• Maintain show units and marketing corridors to Greystar standards, handling daily inspections and merchandising.
• Support lease renewal efforts by preparing renewal packages, contacting residents early, and securing signed agreements.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing requirements for leasing agents must be met.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and working in all weather conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Experience using internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email campaigns).
