About the role
The Leasing Professional at Lowry Park will coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, ensure a smooth move‑in experience and support existing residents throughout their lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and prepare lease and move‑in packages.
- Facilitate lease signing and ensure a seamless resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm they are ready for new residents.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to engage and qualify prospective residents.
- Excellent communication skills for conducting tours and explaining leasing terms.
- Attention to detail for processing applications and inspecting units.
