About the role
The Leasing Professional (Lease‑Up) is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention for a Greystar community. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities while delivering a high level of resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and show available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements and move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth signing and resident move‑in experience.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm they meet move‑in standards.
- Support resident lease renewals and contribute to overall community marketing strategies.
Required profile
- Ability to engage with prospects and guide them through the leasing process.
- Strong attention to detail for application processing and apartment inspections.
- Commitment to delivering excellent resident service and maintaining occupancy goals.
