Leasing Professional – Lakeview Terrace

About the role

The Leasing Professional will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for the Lakeview Terrace community. You will work directly with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and manage credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease documents, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, confirm readiness, and coordinate any needed maintenance.
• Monitor market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and apply community concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Use on‑site property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record traffic, manage resident data, and capture demographic information.

Required profile

• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm with rotating weekends.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing cycle.
• Strong organizational skills to manage applications, inspections, and marketing activities.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software such as OneSite or Yardi.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools including Craigslist and Facebook.
