About the role

The Leasing Professional – Heartline will lead the community’s marketing, leasing and renewal efforts to meet occupancy, revenue and resident‑retention targets. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing journey, ensure a smooth move‑in experience, and maintain high satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours and show apartments.
  • Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and oversee the signing process.
  • Inspect apartments before move‑in to confirm readiness and coordinate any necessary preparations.
  • Support resident satisfaction and manage lease renewal activities.

Required profile

  • Experience in leasing, sales or property management.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to qualify prospects.
  • Attention to detail for application processing and apartment inspections.
  • Effective communication skills for tours, negotiations and resident interactions.
