Leasing Professional – Garden‑Style Community in Charlotte

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to lead marketing, leasing and renewal activities for its new garden‑style community, 704 at The Quarter, in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction throughout the leasing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments and process applications, credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages, ensure smooth resident move‑ins and coordinate apartment readiness with maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Execute marketing initiatives including resident referral programs, employer outreach and online advertising on platforms such as Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize on‑site property management software to track availability, record leasing activity and manage prospect data.

Required profile

• Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with property management software (OneSite, Yardi).
• Familiarity with online marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
