Leasing Professional – Downtown Denver

About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities for a downtown Denver community, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, and manage lease sign‑ups to meet occupancy targets.
• Inspect units before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, including resident referral and employer outreach programs.
• Utilize property‑management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Maintain show‑unit standards through daily inspections and merchandising.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls, and thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage lease renewal packages, contacting residents ahead of move‑out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries, escalating issues as needed.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Any state or local licensing required for leasing activities.

Required skills

• OneSite or Yardi property‑management software.
• Internet marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, and email platforms.
