About the role

The Leasing Professional will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for Copperwood Apartments, driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. This role focuses on delivering a seamless leasing experience from prospect outreach through move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available units.
  • Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
  • Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
  • Inspect apartments prior to occupancy to confirm readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

  • Ability to greet and qualify prospects effectively.
  • Capability to conduct tours and present apartment features.
  • Proficiency in processing applications, credit, and background checks.
  • Skill in preparing lease documents and coordinating move‑in logistics.
  • Detail‑oriented approach to apartment inspections and resident follow‑up.
