Leasing Professional – Constellation

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy and resident satisfaction for the Constellation community in Las Vegas. Working Tuesday through Saturday, you will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in, while supporting resident renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth signing and move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments before resident occupancy to confirm they meet move‑in standards.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leasing activities.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of handling paperwork accurately.
