Leasing Professional – Cleo

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for the Cleo community by managing all aspects of the leasing cycle, from prospecting to lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect apartments before move‑in, ensure they are ready, and coordinate any maintenance needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and manage concessions and specials.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Maintain accurate data in the on‑site property management system, track availability, traffic, and resident demographics.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, phone, or thank‑you notes to ensure satisfaction and secure lease renewals.

Required profile

• All state and local licensing and certification requirements must be met.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and to respond to calls.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) in all weather conditions.
