Leasing Professional – Citation Club

About the role

The Leasing Professional for Citation Club will lead all leasing activities for a stabilized garden‑style community of 404 units. This full‑time position focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and manage lease renewal processes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute community promotion and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday schedule with rotating weekends.
• Ability to work on‑site at the Delray Beach community.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in residential leasing or property management preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in processing rental applications and conducting credit/background checks.
• Knowledge of lease documentation and move‑in procedures.
