Leasing Professional – Avana Vista Point

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional to join the Avana Vista Point community in Antelope, CA. You will be the front‑line representative responsible for driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Process leasing applications, perform credit and criminal background checks, and manage lease documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident records and ensure timely follow‑up on inquiries.
• Promote resident retention by handling lease renewals and addressing resident concerns throughout the lease term.
• Collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of leasing or property‑management experience, preferably in a stabilized, garden‑style community.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a Tuesday‑Saturday schedule.
