Leasing Professional – Aurora, CO

About the role

The Leasing Professional will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention for a Greystar community in Aurora, Colorado. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from prospect outreach to move‑in and lease renewal, while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tours, qualify prospects, process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Inspect and ready apartments for move‑in, coordinate with maintenance, and maintain show‑unit standards.
• Develop and execute marketing plans, including online listings, resident referral programs and employer outreach.
• Use property‑management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents via email, calls or cards to secure leases and renewals.
• Address resident and owner inquiries promptly and coordinate resolutions with appropriate teams.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a golf cart on‑site.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, including on‑call duties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi property‑management platforms.
• Basic internet marketing tools (Craigslist, Facebook, email platforms).
