About the role
The Leasing Professional for the Alta Rochelle community will lead marketing, leasing, and renewal initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction. This full‑time position supports a mid‑rise, lease‑up property of 356 units in Nashville, Tennessee, working Monday‑Friday with rotating weekend coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and showcase available apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
- Manage lease renewals and maintain resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Collaborate with marketing efforts to promote the community and achieve occupancy targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating weekends.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling multiple leasing activities simultaneously.
